To leave Caribe Bay temporarily and return later in the day, you must hand in your wristband at the ticket office and pay for all purchases up to that point. You will be given a temporary wristband which allows you to re-enter later on. Temporary exit is only allowed between 11.30 am and 5 pm.

Once your ticket has been purchased, it cannot be refunded for any reason (art 74 of Italian Presidential Decree no. 633/72). If Caribe Bay is closed for bad weather or any other event beyond our control, tickets and purchases will not be refunded.
