MENU Terms and Conditions – Online Menu Voucher
1. Buy the menu voucher online
You can buy the voucher online when you purchase your tickets by choosing the number of menus you would like from the available options. The number of menus that can be selected is not based on the number of tickets purchased. The customer must specifically The customer must specifically select the desired number of menus.
2.Voucher Issuance
Following the purchase, the customer will receive a digital voucher via email for each selected menu. It is customer's responsibility to verify the correct receipt of the email and to retain the voucher.
3. Usage Method
This voucher may be used exclusively within the Park at the Port Royal food kiosk. To redeem the service, the voucher, in digital or printed format, must be presented at the dedicated online menus cashier desk.
4. Validity
The voucher is valid for the entire 2026 season and may be used only once entitling the holder exclusively to the menu selected at the time of purchase.
5. Non-refundable and Non-convertible
The voucher is non-refundable, non-convertible into cash, and cannot be used for the purchase of products or services other than those specified in it.
6. Loss and Duplication
In the event of full or partial non-use, as well as in cases of loss, theft, or unauthorized use, no refund will be issued nor will duplicates be provided.
7.Service Limitations
By purchasing the service, the customer acknowledges that, in exceptional cases, the selected menu may be unavailable and accepts in advance the need to choose from available products if necessary. The provision of the service is subject to the food kiosk's opening hours and operational capacity; therefore, longer than usual waiting times may occur in cases of high attendance.
